• adjustments or mobilisations of the joints,

 

• soft tissue massage,

 

• dry needling (acupuncture),

 

• therapeutic modalities (such as ice, heat, etc),

 

• ergonomics,

 

• therapeutic exercises,

 

• activity modification, and

 

• supportive measures such as taping or bracing.
